With summer here we are spending a lot of time at the pool and beach. While it is easy shopping for a kids swimsuit, it is not that easy shopping for a flattering swimsuit for me. I’m very picky about patterns and swimsuit design. With my mommy body I am a big fan of the tankini swimsuit to help hide those areas I am not comfortable with.

This past Spring I found Hapari Swimsuits, a collection of swimwear that enhances the curves you love.

My love for color and fun design lead me to the Retro V-Neck Tankini. I decided to pair my tankini top with the Tummy Tuk Turquoise Bottom.

The tankini top is a fun combination of summer colors, polka dots, paisley and swirls. It is bit longer than most, which ensures a good fit that you will not spend time pulling own constantly.

The Tummy Tuk Bottoms work! The top of the bottom has a band that is about a inch long that tucks extras into place. The swimsuit bottom sits right below the belly button for a comfortable fit. The band did flattened my belly out for a smooth appearance under my tankini top. I would LOVE to see a higher cut bottom designed for the ladies who need a “yuk” higher up on the belly.

The lined breast area features a pocket on each side for silicone breast inserts or Hapari’s “Illusions“. The Illusions are designed to enhance your bust and provide maximum cleavage.

I received a pair of the Illusions to accompany my review. They are soft silicone inserts that are designed to lay under the breast to give them a lift. They are a bit tricky to get in to place because the pocket entrance is a small area. I was able to “bend” the Illusions and use my finger to slide them in.

When you put the top on, your breasts lay on top of them and they do look natural. My cleavage looked great, actually so good I did not want to take the top off in front of my hubby and my full boobs disappear.

The pocket was a bit deep which did allow the Illusions to move a tad. I’d like to see the pockets made a bit smaller to prevent them from moving out of the perfect place.

I am very happy with my Hapari swimsuit. It looks good on my body and makes me feel confident when I step onto the beach sand.

{A Few Things I Really Like About Hapari}

Hapari tankinis can be mixed and matched with different bottoms for a different look.
The V-Neck, Ruffle, and Sport Tankini tops can all be worn halter, tank, or criss-cross!
The patterns on the swimsuits are modern and very fun.
